Our MFP Support agreements are all inclusive CPP (Cost Per Print). Here, we have expanded our serviceability right across the country. All agreements include toners, parts, labour, and preventative maintenance on-site; responding within 2–4-hour same day response to any challenge. While on contract, our brand new and certified devices are guaranteed by 5 -year “like for like” replacement warranties. If for any reason while on support agreement, and we cannot fix the challenge, we replace it.

Q; What about financing? A; This is the best part. Our highly experienced, long-term sales experts and financing professionals can deliver an estimated 35% reductions to current operating costs. You have the option to lease/finance through our dedicated partners DLL, RCAP or LBC. This financial backing and design is meant to meet the future demands of any organization. If you are currently in a competitive lease that needs to be settled, we get you out early, take it over and terminate it on your behalf. Alternatively, we can tailor “rent to own” on short -term, or simply pay outright capital purchase. These options provide the flexibility and foundation for a stress free, practical, and economical solution, while at the same time driving costs down and achieving better efficiencies.

For the environment, this is another way SGC is leading the way in a powerful Green approach. By supplying affordable and refreshed high-end MFP digital document centres, we are taking responsibility to make the world a better place. Recertified to new specification, Green systems are supported nationally through the manufacturer’s dealer network. We keep your systems running smoothly from delivery, installation, setup to the network, training, and to endpoint workgroups. Many are showroom demonstrator models, and others are pre-owned lease returns. They are good on the environment, and great on your budget.
